2nd pick: #2 (Dino Three O Nine) (7-2) - Another racing first off a claim, he was taken for $50,000 by John Kimmel here Feb. 9. Colt finished a distant second that afternoon in a 7 furlong contest that was run in fast time. Kimmel doesn't claim many and it's noted that he has leading rider Luis Saez aboard.
3rd pick: #4 (To the Hilt) (5-2) - The morning line and probable favorite, he has sharp early speed and finished second at this tag and trip Jan. 20. In his follow up he raced evenly in a grass sprint and the move back to the dirt makes him a win candidate.
