Claimed that afternoon by Pete Walder who at one time was one of the best in the game first off the barn switch (currently 19%). He has this filly working fast and he stretches her out in distance. Contends today.
3rd pick: #3 (Sierra Leona) (4-1) - Un-raced since Jan. 4, she tired to finish a distant third that day racing at this price tag and distance. Claimed by the NYRA based Gary Gullo, he's won with 9-of-36 (25%) first off the switch and she's the only other filly other than 'Galileo's Affair' who has won at this mile trip.
