A winner of two straight prior to that, stalker is working sharply and is stretching out around two turns for the first time. I like her chances.
2nd pick: #5 (Sweet Candy Dance) (12-1) - Competitive in 6-of-7 on the dirt, stalker ships from Philly Park where she raced evenly June 5. Stakes placed at Aqueduct last fall she's running third back from a 4.5 month layoff and can factor with her beat at a big price.
3rd pick: #8 (Mo Shopping) (2-1) - The morning line and probable favorite, Repole home bred by 'Uncle Mo' ships from New York for her first since April 7. She raced poorly in a G2 at Aqueduct last out but had been sharp in three straight prior to that. In the barn of Todd Pletcher and an obvious win candidate at a short price.
4th pick: #2 (Dothraki Sea) (6-1) - Daughter of 'Union Rags' has run well in both starts since coming back from a 5 month layoff April 8. In a winning barn (Tom Proctor) and believe this home bred has a bright future.
