2nd pick: #9 (Alreadycelebrating) (12-1) - Longshot was bumped at the break and raced evenly once in stride when debuting Aug. 29 at Saratoga. $270,000 purchase is working fast and I like the fact that Javier Castellano sticks with her.
3rd pick: #4 (Roziere) (10-1) - She tired after racing close up when debuting at this level in a Saratoga sprint Sept. 2. $130K purchase received some betting support and should factor at a big price.
4th pick: #1 (SaratogaStyle) (4-1) - Debuting filly is from the Pletcher barn (25% first out), has the rail, and she ships from Saratoga where she's breezed on the deep training track there 11 times since mid-July. With the track muddy, $100K purchase is dangerous with an alert break.
5th pick: #6 (Call It a Truce) (6-1) - Nice debut here saw her rally to finish second at 34-1 in an 'off the turf' contest at this level Sept. 15. She's worked twice since and Broman home bred can factor if it's repeatable.
