2nd pick: #6 (Hurta) - Speedy veteran is (44-15-2-7) overall and is (14-5-1-2) locally. He's won 3 of his last 5, so as a 9yo he still brings a good game just about every time out. Likes to race in front and is dangerous any time he's left alone on the lead.
3rd pick: #2 (Go Doug Go) - He has a good closing kick and should get a solid pace to rally into if both "Bernie" & Hurta enter the gate. It's been a long time since he's raced on the all weather surface, but is 3 for 9 on it.
