The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Take Down Two) (5-1) - This is start No. 82 for this veteran and he's had a pretty solid year (13-3-2-3) as he nears his eighth birthday. Strong finisher always gives his best and would benefit the most if a fast/and or contested pace were to develop.
3rd pick: #7 (Beggarthyneighbor) (3-1) - Lightly raced speed/stalker drops a bit after racing wide and evenly Nov. 18 in his first since mid-March. He ran like a horse badly in need of that one and his trainer (Chad Brown) is deadly (32%) second off of long layoffs. Grey colt is a stakes winner sprinting on the dirt and looks set for a big effort.
