Premium Pick

Top pick: #3 (PERCHANCE) (8-5) - Barn (Kiaran McLaughlin) unveiled an impressive debut winner on yesterday's card, and this daughter of "Distorted Humor" has similar looking works. Stonstreet home bred has back-to-back bullet breezes on view, and Irad Ortiz, Jr. is aboard. The horse to beat.

2nd pick: #10 (Fortress) (6-1) - Darley home bred is in the same barn (Kiaran McLaughlin) as "Perchance," but the two fillies race uncoupled. Daughter of "Street Cry" had an impressive bullet half-mile gate breeze at Belmont Dec. 1st, and that indicates that speed is present.

3rd pick: #2 (C' Mon Sister) (10-1) - The field's most experienced maiden ships from California where she showed early speed in all six starts. Filly has a new trainer (Danny Garban), and he switches her from turf to dirt and shortens her up in distance.

4th pick: #1 (Yes for Success) (8-1) - Bargain priced ($14,000) filly by "Yes It's True" has the rail, some good a.m. drills, and trainer John Kimmel wins at a fine 20% clip (six for 30) first out.
