It is desperation time for the Bears at 3-6 on the season. They need to win out to become Bowl eligible. California has been one of the best dog teams in the country. Better than that when this team is a dog from +9 to +14 they are a perfect 9-0 ATS and are 5-4 SU in those games. This is a hard one to let pass, and I will make the play on California on the moneyline.
