St. Joseph's at Pennsylvania

These are a pair of teams that are far from what they have been in the past. Penn, once the dominator in the Ivy with Princeton has fallen fast and hard, and Phil Martelli's St. Joe's team is struggling as well. Penn simply does not have any firepower on the offensive end. Looking at their six games against mid-level or higher teams, they have averaged just 54.5 points per game. The Hawks have settled into a much slower pace as well, playing games averaging 124 total points in their last three and as a road favorite, they have turned the UNDER into money in 12 of their last 15. Penn's offensive struggles has seen them play solidly as an UNDER team with eight of their last 10 falling shy of the total. There won’t be much offense here from either side, so I'll go with the UNDER.
