South Dakota vs. Pacific

South Dakota will contend for the Summit League title as it returns four starters, including Stanley Umude, who averaged 14.4 points and is one of the four guards that are back this year. The Coyotes come off a 13-17 season, but are expected to vastly improve with the returnees along with forward Tyler Hagedorn who is back after missing the 2018-19 season with an injury, but averaged 13.0 points and 5.9 rebounds the season before. Pacific is still trying to get back to a winning season and it failed again last year with a 14-18 record and now it gets worse after six players left the program, including its top scorer and rebounder. The Tigers lost seven of their last nine games, including one against St. Mary's when they scored only 32 points. The Coyotes are a small favorite on the road, so play South Dakota on the moneyline.
