Southeastern Louisiana vs. Louisiana Tech

Southeast Louisiana may be in for a long season. They are 1-4 to start and a pair of those games were against Cal Baptist. The issue here for David Kiefer's Lions is the offense. His team has yet to shoot better than 39% against an FBS opponent, and has shot 30% or worse in three of five games. Louisiana Tech isn't dominating on offense by any stretch, and has played four games that have seen them average just 62 shots per game. The Lions are certainly going to try and limit the number of shots here, as they don't have much of a chance of getting involved in a shootout. Make the play on the UNDER.
