The South Dakota Cyclones have played a couple against BCS teams and held their own, but still lost by an average of 11 points per game. It runs their mark vs BCS Conference teams or mid majors to 0-8 over the last two years. Illinois St. is not just a mid-major, they seldom lose to teams out-of-conference at home. The Redbirds hold a 30-1 mark in their last 31 to non-conference foes at home and should not be hard pressed to put up the double-digit win here at home in this one. I like Illinois St. in this one.
