Old Dominion at Illinois

Illinois is laying way too many points in this one considering its performance so far this season and the Fighting Illini are in a letdown spot after a huge win over Michigan on Wednesday. The Illini earlier lost to the Miami Hurricanes as a 9.5-point home favorite and then lost on the road at Maryland. Old Dominion is having a rough season on the offensive end and shooting just 39.3 percent from the field, but the Monarchs, as usual, defend well allowing opponents a .407 shooting percentage. Illinois is 5-13 ATS its last 18 games following an ATS win and it has covered the spread just twice its last seven games against teams with .400 or worse winning percentages.
