2nd pick: #8 (Pisa Playboy ) - Drops and goes turf to dirt for trainer Wilton Whitehouse. Accustomed to facing tougher he's a win candidate if he avoids a wide trip.
3rd pick: #4 (Beware the Wolf ) - Stretches-out off a solid 3rd place finish at Turf Paradise sprinting April 17. Race was his first in 4 1/2 months and should set him up well for this attempt. Although winless on this surface he has run fine a number of times (11-0-4-3).
4th pick: #3 (Numerous X's ) - Stakes-placed runner seems better at the smaller tracks in the southwest but has been competitive here without winning (10-0-2-4). His tactical speed is a plus.
