Top pick: #3 (SUSANBANDOOZAN) - Filly was claimed out of her debut at Gulfstream by trainer Mike Pino and he improves just about everything he gets his hands on. He's given her 70 days off, adds blinkers, and switches her to a synthetic surface. Daughter of Lion Heart drops off the claim, but that's one of Pino's successful moves and he's off to a great start at this long meet (16-5-3-3). She can win this at a nice price.
2nd pick: #1 (Tomorrow Came) - The probable favorite ships north from Gulfstream where she ran 4 times this winter and was competitive in three of those ( all on the turf). Grey filly has a good work on April 23 and trainer Brian Lynch has her set for a big effort. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #9 (Canadiane Whiskey) - Filly by "E.Dubai" ran 2nd here facing cheaper April 16 in her first start since debuting last July. Trainer Nick Gonzalez moves her up in price and she draws a nice post at this 7 furlong trip.
