Western Kentucky at Evansville

The Hilltoppers made a splash last season going deep into the NCAA tournament, before dropping out vs. UCLA. The problem is 63 of those 78 points they scored against the Bruins in that game are gone. It makes life difficult for a team taking to the road early in the season and it has shown. The Hilltoppers lost to Murray St. by 28, and to Houston by nine. The Purple Aces are off to a good start, as they are 6-1, but more importantly 6-0 at home. This is a deep team that goes nine deep, and has three of their top five scorers shooting at 55% or better. The Purple Aces have played their best against the best, where they have posted a 5-1 ATS mark against teams that are .600 or better. This is a tough spot for a young Hilltopper team on the road, and I'm going with the Purple Aces here to make it 7-0 at home.
