Washington at San Jose

San Jose has certainly turned it up a notch this season as they enter their game against the Capitals with an impressive 16-3-1 mark. The Capitals have been pretty hot themselves and have been playing winning hockey with just one loss in their last eight (excluding shootout game against New Jersey). The Capitals have also saved their best games for the better teams as they have posted a perfect 4-0 mark against teams with a winning record and are 21-6 overall on one day’s rest. We have a big dog with a big bite, so I’m backing the Capitals here.
