Washington at Portland

The Washington Wizards opened the season at home for their first two games and came up empty. They lost a couple heartbreakers by a combined five points. They did hold the two opponents to a combined 41.6% shooting, and as long as they keep making the effort on the defensive end, things will turn for them. Portland is off a pair of decisive wins vs. LeBron's Lakers as well as San Antonio, and this may be a "comfort" spot for Portland in their third straight home game after winning the first two. A team 2-0 at home and home again has covered just 40% of the time. Plus, the Wizards will be bringing it looking for their first win. Make the play on Washington.
