Washington at Atlanta

It was officially announced this week that Coach Shanahan has shut down RGIII, with Kirk Cousins taking over a QB. That has pushed this line from +4.5 to a TD, and I think the Skins are actually in a better spot now. Robert Griffin has been mediocre at best thi season. Cousins was summoned to action when Griffin tore his ACL a year ago, and performed admirably. He had a 101.6 passer rating and threw for 9.6 yards per attempt, so he is certainly capable, and those numbers are superior from what we have seen from RGIIIthis year. The Falcons are on their way from first to worst in the NFC. They have just three wins on the season, and have beaten no team by more than 7 points, so this line is really looking soft. Atlanta is just 5-11 ATS in their last 16 overall, and have suddenly gone from an underdog each of the last seven weeks to a TD favorite? I'm not buying in, play on Washington.
