Top pick: #4 (RYAN'S VALENTINE ) - Once classier gelding races for only the second time since June of 2009, drops way down after an even effort facing tougher at Sunland Park in late Dec. in his first start back off the layoff and 8-year-old did well despite stumbling at the start that day. In an excellent barn and he has a pair of sharp works heading into his second back off the long rest. Gets the call in a tough contest.
2nd pick: #6 (Watch Me Go Byebye) - He finished third here at this price going 5 furlongs almost a month ago in his best start since coming back from a 16 month layoff this past Dec. Major factor this afternoon from just off the pace.
3rd pick: #8 (Sailable) - He's been competitive in all six starts since coming here from Los Alamitos, and has finished second in two of his last four at this level. Stalker should get a fast pace in front of him and can factor if he kicks it is just a bit more.
