Top pick: #3 (GOT HEEM) (5-2) - Santa Anita shipper takes a very big drop in price and will be cutting back in distance for his local debut. His new trainer (Bob Henson 31% with new arrivals) worked him here on Feb 23rd and this 3yo gelding meets a ver weak field.

2nd pick: #2 (Pirate's Dare) (2-1) - Another California shipper, this one come from Golden Gate Fields where he raced evenly in all four starts there on the "poly" surface.Good barn (Steve Sherman) sends him to Angel Silva (a fine 28% with new arrivals. Win candidate in what appears to be a two-horse race on paper.

3rd pick: #7 (Mojave Mandate) (4-1) - Colt has been competitive in both local outings and runs today first off a Steve Koler claim. One run type would benefit if a fast/and or contested pace were to develop.

4th pick: #8 (Boston Rob) (8-1) - He tooks some money when debuting here at this tag and distance Feb 16th and raced evenly while never threatening. Can grab a share with some improvement.
