2nd pick: #7 (Hayaksu Josan) (5-2) - She raced both wide & evenly when debuting here at this level and distance on Nov. 18th facing a mix field of fillies & males. She had a tough outside post that day, and did well for a "first-time-starter." Owner/trainer Eric Kruljac brings her back quickly, and Scott Stevens stays aboard.
3rd pick: #4 (Mystery Tour) (5-1) - She exits the same Nov. 18th race as "Josan," and raced evenly following a poor start. Race was off a 70-day freshening, and her first on the grass. Look for better today with a "clean" getaway.
4th pick: #1 (George's Peach) (6-1) - The third member of this field that ran in the same Nov. 18th race, she made a strong bid while running wide and leveled off late to finish fourth. Can factor with a bit of improvement.
