Washington came back from a two-goal deficit on Thursday for a 3-2 win when Tom Wilson scored his first NHL playoffs goal in overtime while Braden Holtby made 35 saves. Justin Williams scored twice for his 18th multi-point postseason game. Holtby has won four of his last six Game 2s with a 1.40 goals-against average. Washington has won eight of its last nine games against the Maple Leafs, who have nine players making their first playoffs appearance. Also, Toronto has lost four of its last five games overall and has scored more than two goals in just one of them while allowing 17. The Capitals have won 18 of the last 23 meetings at home and 35 of their last 51 games against Eastern Conference teams. Frederik Andersen made 41 saves in Game 1, but five of his last eight starts have gone OVER. Washington outshot the Leafs 44-37 on Thursday. Take the Capitals and the OVER.
