The Philadelphia Phillies have already recorded five shutouts this season. Over their last three games, they have yielded a total of 5 runs. The problem for them has been the lack of offense as they have scored 3 runs or fewer in five of their last six games. It won't get any easier tonight vs. Drew Hutchison of the Blue Jays as he has been magnificent on the road, pitching to an ERA of 2.28 on the season. Cole Hamels has not pitched well since his return, but should be rounding into shape. He is a quality starter, especially at home where the Phillies are 9-1-2 to the UNDER in his last 12 home starts. The Blue Jays are a perfect 7-0 in Hutchinson's last seven starts on grass. Go with the UNDER in this one.
