The weather is going to be a factor in this one as the snow and cold postponed yesterday's game, but it is supposed to be in the 30s this afternoon for game one of the doubleheader. R.A. Dickey is dependent on the knuckleball, and it is not very effective in the cold weather, and he has struggled since coming to Toronto off a huge season in New York. Dickey has allowed 37 home runs in 37 starts since coming over to Toronto. The Twins have what has been their best pitching option available for the opener in Kyle Gibson. Gibson is 2-0 on the season with a nifty 1.50 ERA. A lot of elements are going the Twins' way for the opener, so play Minnesota in this one.
