The Bulls have a good overall record, but the fact is that they have not been good for a long time, owning a losing 16-18 record over their last 34 games - nearly half a season. Toronto went through a very bad stretch at 1-9 over a 10-game period, but they seem to have their act together again winning three of their last four, including two straight. The Bulls have been a model of inconsistency, and it has reared its ugly head in their 3-13 ATS mark in their last 16 games following a spread win.
