Texas at Washington

Texas is a road favorite but loses the DH for this series. The Rangers are 1-5 in their last six interleague games and 0-4 in their last four interleague road games. That included yesterday, getting blasted by Washington 10-2, and a 9-2 loss Friday. Yesterday was the Rangers' sixth straight game without hitting a home run. They have ace Yu Darvish going here, but the Rangers are 4-11 in Darvish's last 15 starts after allowing five runs or more in their previous game. Washington has a good arm going in Tanner Roark (3.47 ERA), who rarely walks anyone and has an impressive 46-16 strikeout to walk ratio. The Nationals are 4-1 in their last five interleague games vs. a right-handed starter, and the Rangers are 2-6 in the last eight meetings in Washington. Play Washington!
