The Athletics are 2-10 against a left-handed starter and face southpaw Ross Detwiler. The Rangers’ top of the order, Leonys Martin, Elvis Andrus and Prince Fielder, was a combined 6-for-12 in Tuesday’s 3-1 victory. The Rangers gave manager Jeff Banister his first major league victory and have won eight of their last 11 games in Oakland. Plus the Rangers are 11-4 in their last 15 games as an underdog. Take Texas.
