Texas at Kansas City

The Kansas City Royals have worked themselves out of a huge hole, one that left them at 7-16 to start the season. Much of that was due to a nine game losing streak. The Royals have rebounded nicely, playing nine games over .500 since, and have evened their record at 44-44. Most of that has been made up over the past month as they are 18-10 in their last 28 games. The Rangers enter a game under .500 but have just not been able to get anything going all season. They have struggled on the hill with opponents reaching five runs or more in 41 games. In those 41 games, the Rangers have allowed 7.46 runs per contest, and it is why they are struggling.
