Texas at Iowa State

It took awhile, but Texas coach Shaka Smart has gotten his 40 minutes of hell defense, and the Texas Longhorns team within a game from the top spot in the rugged Big-12. However, Texas may have some emotional issues here as they took Oklahoma to the buzzer, but fell victim to a Buddy Heild three-pointer at the buzzer in a devastating three-point loss 63-60. Texas played a perfect game at home vs. Iowa State earlier in the season, but despite just five turnovers, their lowest mark in six years, they needed overtime at home to get the win. This one will be much tougher off an emotional loss, against a 17-7 Iowa State team that knows it needs a win to keep their tourney hopes on the right side. Take Iowa State on the moneyline.
