Top pick: #6 (DUBLIN ROSE) - Grey daughter of "Smoke Glacken" is (5-0-3-1) racing on real dirt and finished second here at this paric on Jan. 26. Effort was her first since Nov. 18 and trainer Derek Ryan brings her back quickly and gives her an extra furlong to travel.
2nd pick: #4 (K Girl's Dream) - Another grey filly, she broke slowly when debuting on New Year's Day at Gulfstream and did well to be beaten only 7 1/2 lengths racing for $50K. Drops in half for this, and normal second-out improvement makes her a threat.
3rd pick: #2 (Awesome Angie) - Filly shipped here from Gulfstream on Jan. 28 and she raced evenly while wide facing tougher special weight foes going 8.5 furlongs on the turf. Trainer Dave Hinsley brings her back quickly, drops her down, shortens her up, and switches her to the dirt.
