2nd pick: #1 (Clever Performance) - He was re-claimed by trainer Gerald Bennett after he lost him for one race and that's always a good thing in my experience. Grey gelding broke his maiden here last April and proceeded to win 4 races at Thistledown this summer/fall. Speed/stalker has the rail and is a threat.
3rd pick: #6 (Wildcat Prince) - Has a fine overall record (15-3-4-3) and is even better on real dirt (13-3-4-3). Ships here from Fort Erie and comes off a career best on Oct. 30.
