Tampa Bay at Chicago

Chicago has been rebuilding for a few years, but the White Sox are still waiting for it to kick in. They're off to a 3-6 start and have lost three straight following Monday's 5-1 defeat against the Rays. The White Sox struck out 14 times in the loss and the pitching staff has allowed 34 runs the last four games. Tampa Bay is in first place in the AL East with an 8-3 record and has Charlie Morton going today. The right-hander already has two good starts under his belt and has given up just two runs on seven hits in 11 innings. Ervin Santana missed most of last season due to surgery on his finger and he'll make his first start for Chicago. Santana appeared in only five games in 2018 and gave up 22 runs in 24 2/3 innings.
