South Florida won last year's meeting 27-20 and it went UNDER by 18 points. This year the Bulls are 5-0 and have gone UNDER three of the five games while Tulsa has lost four in a row and gone UNDER in all of them following last Thursday's 41-26 loss at Houston that went UNDER by 4.5 points. Tulsa went 2-10 in 2017 due to injuries and a lack of experience, but the expected improvement this year has not materialized as its only win was against FCS school Central Arkansas. Tulsa's rush defense is #112 in the country allowing 209.2 yards per game on 5.2 yards per carry. On offense, Tulsa is #104 in points scored with only 24.4 per game. The Golden Hurricane had a 23-17 lead heading into the fourth quarter, but Houston rallied to outscore Tulsa 24-3 in the fourth while racking up 314 rushing yards for the game. Tulsa carried the ball 57 times for 199 yards for only 3.5 yards per carry. Tulsa is 0-4 ATS its last four home games and 0-5 ATS following an ATS win. The Bulls are 8-1 ATS their last nine games after allowing more than 40 points their previous game.
