(# 6) SEW SLIPPERY - Nice works before the debut run, and daughter of Freud attracted Johnny V., and received her share of support at the betting windows. Had problems in the dirt sprint, and was forced extremely wide into the turn. Has a pair of sharp drills on the turf leading into this. Filly has a great shot at a square price.

(# 9) Nicely Put - Speed displayed in all three starts to date. Ran hard early against a runaway winner in last, and that filly may be something special. Speed and post make her a win contender.

(# 5) La Ransom - Logical selection has run well in all three starts to this point. Figures are light, but she can stay on well, and she also has a big work on the turf on August 22.

(#'s 1 and 3) Bar City and Mesa Girl - This pair of firsters, trained by Linda Rice and Todd Pletcher respectively, have decent works, so I would use them in small exacta boxes.
