Top pick: #1 (PIE'S FIRST LADY) (7-2) - Lightly raced speed/stalker chased from an outside post and levelled off to finish third here at this condition and distance on July 20th. She moves to the rail this afternoon and can take this with a "clean" break and trip.

nd pick: #6 (Stock Fund) (4-1) - Veteran maiden has been competitive in the majority of her turf starts (11-0-6-3), and has done so against many tougher fields than this. Stalker is in shape, draws outside of the speed types, and is a win candidate.

rd pick: #3 (Scribbling Sarah) (5-2) - Lightly-raced daughter of the popular "Freud" comes off a career best when she finished third at Belmont going 7 furlongs at this level on June 20th. Working well since and filly must be left in the mix.

th pick: #5 (Courageous Karen) (6-1) - Clearly better when on the grass, she's a confirmed front-runner and will try and take them all the way on the lead. She comes off a career best and can factor with a repeat of it.

th pick: #2 (Rosalie's Pleasure) (6-1) - Un-raced since last Sept., filly finished second here when debuting at this trip last Aug. 17, then disappointed at Belmont three weeks later. Dangerous if ready, but even then, a small slice may be her ceiling.
