Top pick: #2 (PARCEL) - Churchill shipper is a home-bred from the famous Claiborne Farm and is trained by the Al Stall Jr. (he trained the talented Blame the past two years). This colt raced evenly in Kentucky July 3 facing special weights and will drop into a claimer and make back to back starts, both for the first time. The distance isn't an issue and he can win this with a "clean" trip.

nd pick: #10 (East Indies) - The main speed has finished second in two of his last three at Belmont facing tougher. Gelding has the best early speed and trainer Dom Schettino will drop him down from $65,000 to $25K for this. Very tough today.

rd pick: #4 (Thomas is Rockin) - Kentucky invader has finished second and third in his last pair when trainer Neil Howard dropped him into claimers. Son of "Rock Hard Ten" has enough positional speed to race mid-pack here and make a strong late rally. Win candidate.

th pick: #6 (Gunman) - He has no early speed but has closed strongly in his last three starts after coming back from an 8 month layoff. Gelding by "El Prado" is in the barn of veteran Kentucky trainer Jim Baker and can factor with a late run.

th pick: #1 (Willy Pay) - Longshot races third back off a long layoff and has tired in both return starts. Has the inside, some early speed, and trainer John Kimmel will takes this grey colt's blinkers off for this. Working well and a huge price is expected.
