Santa Barbara at California Davis

A year ago UC Davis made one of the biggest turnarounds we have seen in the last few decades. They were off a poor 9-22 season, and came back to go an amazing 28-7 last season. Unfortunately, this is not a program with sustainability and they have fallen to 10-12 this season, as most of those players from last year have moved on. UCSB is an identical 10-12 on the season, but the early schedule included the likes of Cal, Oregon State, Arizona State, USC, Akron, and Washington. We can see the difference as they take on opponents that are in their range of talent as the Gauchos are 8-5 over their last 13 games. This is only their third game of the season being a favorite of more than two points, so the schedule has been much better than that of Cal Davis, and winning straight-up both times as a favorite of more than two points.Take UCSB on the moneyline.
