(# 6) FALLEN LEAF - Last was a good effort over the Fairplex main track. Had a wide draw, raced up-close to a legitimate pace and finished well to wind up third. Has a pair of works at Solano for this. Tricky race should insure good odds on all.

(# 2) Private Wind - Appears to be a better runner on turf than dirt/polytrack. That should be offset a bit by a drop in class. This is start No. 14. Continues to work well and is a dangerous opponent.

(# 8) Taffy Boy - Stretches out off a good fourth-place finish at seven furlongs over this surface. Huge odds all three trips to the post, but his last is too good to ignore.

(# 3) Scotty Jones - Has tried a variety of tracks, distances and surfaces. Goes long on the poly surface today, and he ran deceptively well over Hollywood's polytrack earlier in the year. Huge odds are assured.
