3rd pick: #9 (Chasing the Heat) (8-1) - Lightly-raced colt has been freshened up since Jan. 24 when he chased a very fast pace and held to finish third at this level in a race run in very fast time (1:08.80) for the 6 furlongs. He's training nicely at San Luis Rey Downs and is a threat at square price.
