2nd pick: #4 (Coolington) (10-1) - Longshot stretches out after showing sharp early speed before tiring at Del Mar when debuting on Aug. 25th. Working fast on this surface, and grey colt by "Pulpit" is bred to like this mile trip.
3rd pick: #8 (Closet E) (8-1) - Colt by "Street Sense" has shown good early speed in all three starts, and comes off a career best here racing on the grass on Sept. 28th. Race was his first in seven weeks, and moves back to the dirt this afternoon.
4th pick: #9 (Gift Exchange) (5-2) - Stretch-out sprinter is working fast, and showed some talent when running third at Del Mar when debuting in sprint on the "poly." He should factor this afternoon.
5th pick: #5 (Hold Everything) (5-1) - One of two debuting from Baffert, and he has some blazing works on view. This is a tough distance for a first-time-starter, and he'll need to be a good one to prevail.
