WIN

Seattle looked great through their first three games, outscoring opponents 30-11. But how good are they really? Well, in those three games, they were +12 in turnovers (nuts!) and they played teams with a combined record of 5-11. It’s certainly easier to drub opponents when they suck and give you the ball 12 more times than you give it to them! Last week they got spanked by Green Bay. The jury is still out on Seattle but my point is that they may not be as good as they first appear. The Niners 2-3 record is certainly a concern. But, they really are just a few plays away from a couple more wins and they still have the raw materials that took them to the playoffs last year. The 49er offense is capable of doing some damage to Seattle. The Niners one of the league’s six best teams at eating up yards. And, they boast the league’s #2 defense (just 263 yards per game given up). San Francisco rights the ship on Sunday night and walks away with a win.
