LOSS

The Boise State program certainly has landed on its feet despite severe losses from a year ago. The coaching, the system, and recruiting have ensured that this program is a mainstain in the Top 25. While they may not be the caliber of last year's team, the win column is chock full as they enter here at 7-1. The Broncos are nearly invincible on the Smurf Turf, and against winning teams. Boise State has put together the best ATS record vs. winning teams in CFB at 42-19-1. San Diego State has won four straight games to move to 5-3, but they have played a lot of soft teams. Three of those teams combine for a 4-20 record on the season, and they beat Nevada by a point that was blitzed last week by a pedestrian Air Force team. The Aztecs have had problems stringing together covers after a big rushing game where they went over the 200 yard mark. They have followed by going 1-10 ATS in their next game. Under Chris Peterson, the Broncos are 19-10 ATS vs. winning teams. No upset here, as the Broncos roll again at home. Play on Boise State.
