Saint Mary's CA vs. Gonzaga

I think the line says it all in this one and the public is biting down hard. We have the 31 teams in the country favored by less than 6 vs. a marginal top 25 team. The public has taken the bait and 75% are all over the Zags in this one. Gonzaga took the floor for the first time as #1 and did not wear it well. Loyola Marymount, a team that won just one league game all season, was within a single point at halftime. I think this is new territory for the Bulldogs. On the other hand, the Gaels, who lost by just five at Gonzaga, has proven they are capable here. Let's not forget St. Mary's won this game a year ago and have taken three of the last five vs. the Bulldogs. This one is going to the wire. Play on St. Mary's.
