Rutgers at Michigan State

We have two teams that are on long losing streaks, but one is a two-touchdown favorite. Rutgers has come close over its last two games, covering the spread in both as a big underdog while Michigan State has been losing, mostly as a favorite. Rutgers lost to Indiana 33-27 and Giovanni Rescigno was 19-of-36 for 258 yards and a touchdown for the Scarlet Knights and Jawuan Harris had eight receptions for 118 yards. The Rutgers offense has been much improved since Rescigno was made the starter two games ago. Michigan State lost its seventh straight 31-27 at Illinois as a 9.5-point favorite. Tyler O'Connor completed 23-of-35 for 265 yards, however, he is questionable for this game with a head injury. Michigan State is 1-6 ATS its last seven games and the line is too high again.
