2nd pick: #9 (Sommer's Choice) - Florida-bred showed some ability this past summer at Louisiana Downs, but showed little here two weeks ago facing special weights in his first start in almst 100 days. He's worked since and trainer Allen Milligan brings him back on short notice and drops him into a claimer. Big win threat.
3rd pick: #2 (Seekinggreatmagic) - He has some speed, a good post to use it from, and drops back down after finishing 4th in a state-bred special weight contest on Oct.22. His early gear makes him a bit dangerous.
