Top pick: #7 (CLOUDY VOW) (3-1) - Talented filly has been freshened up since Jan. 3 at Gulfstream when she finished a strong second when facing tougher going 8.5 furlongs on the dirt. She's working fast for her return, broke her maiden here when debuting in late Aug., and she just missed in a Keeneland allowance in Oct. in her first facing winners. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #8 (Assure) (2-1) - Filly rallied from far back to just miss (a head) here at this level on May 12th. race was her first since coming here from Golden Gate Fields and first for trainer Joe Martin. She draws a fine outside post and the extra 1/16th she travels today is in her favor.
3rd pick: #5 (Love Me Good) (6-1) - She exits the same May 12th race as "Assure" and she raced evenly while wide and finished 4 lengths back of that rival. Race was her first in 8 1/2 months and she can factor at a square price in her second back.
4th pick: #4 (Wildcat Queen) (5-1) - Another coming out of the same May 12th contest as several others and she raced wide and evenly in a solid return off a 10 1/2 month layoff. Fits and will be long odds.
