The Blazers, despite a break-even mark on the road, are being compensated too much for injuries and have become lethal for grabbing the money. Their last eight on the road vs. a winning team shows a 7-1 ATS mark, with four straight-up wins as a dog, and the lone ATS loss was by a half point. The Jazz’s Achilles heel has been playing vs. the Northwest where they have turned in just a 3-9-1 ATS mark in their last 13. The Blazers are getting it done, and have to be considered a live dangerous dog here, so I'm going with Portland.
