Portland at Dallas

The Trail Blazers showed some maturity when they came back from way down on the road against New Orleans. They outscored the Hornets by 19 in the final quarter to get the win. They will have momentum coming into Dallas and have to be feeling it right now. The win was their fifth straight, and they have covered all of them. The Mavericks used a 20-6 run to move them back into a solid team record-wise on the season, but the before and after shows just a team with an 8-13 mark. The contrast of these two teams in this role is staggering. The Mavs are 7-19-1 ATS as a favorite of up to -4.5, while the Blazers are 30-14 ATS as a dog of up to +4.5. It is hard to ignore those numbers and Dallas is beyond their big streak. Portland gets the call here.
