Pittsburgh at Philadelphia

Despite taking two of three on the road vs. the Cubs, the Pirates have not been a road worthy team in the betting world for many years. They are at 7-12 on the season, and once again a poor road team struggling to score runs. This team has failed to top the 3-run mark in 10 of their last 14 on the road. The Phillies have been getting great pitching, making it tougher on the Pirates. The Phillies’ staff allowing 3 runs per game over their last 14 games. That has led to five straight UNDERs at home for the Phillies with a high total of 9-10.5. I'll go with the UNDER here.
